Dear Mr. Jackson, On May 27, 2008, I was driving my husband’s car and was rear-ended/side-swiped. I sustained a back injury as a result and part of my therapy has included using our recently purchased Hydropool hot tub. On Thursday, June 19, 2008, I noticed that the hot tub had turned off and we weren’t able to get the spa up and running again, the breaker tripped repeatedly. I phoned the service department at Hydropool York Region and they said they’d be able to come to service our hot tub in approximately one week. When I mentioned to them that the hot tub was part of my physiotherapy, Lucille immediately offered to squeeze me in within 3 business days. I was very impressed with her helpfulness. When we purchased our tub, the owner of Hydropool York Region, Elliott Warner, gave us his cell phone and asked us to keep in touch, which we have. My husband spoke with Elliot the same day and he offered to come out at 8am the following morning, a Saturday, to take a look. Within one hour Elliot had our hot tub up and running again so that now I can continue with my therapy to relieve the pain in my back. I just wanted you to know what a great dealer you have at Hydropool York Region and what an excellent and compassionate service department they have as well. We will continue to be an ambassador for your wonderful Hydropool hot tubs and have no problem recommending your product. In fact, one of our neighbours bought their tub within weeks of our purchase, based on our recommendation and what they saw when Hydropool York Region delivered our tub.
